FIFA Soccer 06/07 (PS2/GC/Xbox/PS3/X360)
Managed team of artists creating art based off original benchmark that I created.  This included modeling and texturing different body types, creating accessories such as shoes, arm bands, head bands, earrings, socks, soccer balls and a wide array of hairstyles for character creation mode.  I had weekly in-game art reviews with the Art Director and Producers and delivered one-on-one individual performance feedback to my team.  I played an active roll in the creation and troubleshooting of pipelines, workflows, and templates, such as setting up directory structures, naming conventions, photoshop actions, and maya mel scrips.

Created comparative product analysis documents outlining the look of the competitions’ products.  This also included pre-production tasks and creation time estimates, working closely with the art production manager to create the schedule.  I managed outsource partners and created templates and production documents/tutorials.  I also reviewed incoming work from our outsource partners along with 2 other members of my team.

Created high resolution character head models and textures for Commissioner head models.
